The Portfolio Specialist, Access Operation is responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of projects across Pricing & Market Access, Evidence Evaluation, Real World Evidence, Advanced Analytics Consulting to maximize value and align with organizational strategy.

- Broader Program & Portfolio Oversight
- Evaluate and prioritize portfolio components based on strategic alignment, risk, and ROI
- Monitor ongoing performance; assess opportunities and update pipeline visibility
- Maintain case studies and track clinical trial pipeline data
- Prepare performance slides for QBRs and business reviews
- Contracting & Compliance
- Support contracting for subject matter experts (SMEs); track status
- Conduct SOP spot audits, implement process updates
- Coordinate report reviews and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain and manage the client feedback log
- Team & Resource Coordination
- Manage resource planning using timeline trackers
- Ensure cross-functional coordination with Parexel’s global service lines
- Link future project demands with current capacity
Pharmacy Job at Parexel – Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical trial operations, portfolio/project management, or market access roles
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong scientific writing abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in SOP auditing and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with clinical trial regulatory standards
- Deep understanding of off-label assessment and client engagement
- Analytical mindset with forecasting and insight generation skills
- Strong interdepartmental collaboration capabilities
