What You Will Achieve
As an Executive in the Quality Control Laboratory, your role will involve:

Independent operation and troubleshooting of QC equipment including HPLC, UV, FTIR, Melting Point, and Auto Titrator.

Handling method-related analytical issues with strong technical problem-solving.

Conducting analyses on raw materials, finished products, and components, ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards.

Reviewing SOPs and analytical methods and keeping them up to date.

Generating reports, managing EMS entries, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Participating in team-based projects, ensuring timely completion and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
-
BPharm or MSc degree with 2–4 years of QC laboratory experience.

Proven technical skills in method validation and testing as Executive Quality Control.

Knowledge of compendial methods, SOPs, and global regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in using computerized QC systems and instrumentation.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Good organizational abilities and multi-tasking efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using HPLC techniques in a pharmaceutical lab.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to lead small improvement projects as Executive Quality Control.

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to new tools and processes.

Effective at managing deadlines and priorities in a high-paced environment.
