Responsibilities:
- Work according to cGMP and ensure compliance with current guidelines and SOPs.
- Take necessary training before executing allotted tasks and maintain the training file.
- Follow safety precautions as outlined in laboratory procedures.
- Escalate any issues or incidents to the reporting manager for prompt corrective action.
- Conduct method development studies for Drug Products and In-Process Materials.
- Perform method validation studies for Drug Products and In-Process Materials.
- Conduct stability studies of Drug Products and In-Process Materials and align with organizational goals.
- Adhere to Quality Management Document procedures.
- Perform calibration of instruments.
- Prepare Study Protocols and Study Reports.
- Maintain instruments and equipment as per SOPs.
- Archive documents in a timely manner as per SOP.
- Follow safety precautions according to laboratory procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
- Qualify reference standards, working standards, and chemical reference standard samples as per approved and valid procedures.
