The Associate Engineer will lead material qualification activities and technical troubleshooting for polymer composites and adhesive bonding systems in production environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform polymer and composite material characterization and analyze experimental data.

- Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams on material selection and performance capabilities.
