Key Responsibilities

Support incoming raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Assist in laboratory management activities, including calibration coordination and maintenance of quality records.

Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Process Control Sheets (PCS).

Prepare and maintain quality documentation to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create clear, effective process documentation.

Support shopfloor documentation, visual controls, and process standardization initiatives.

Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze quality-related data and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Provide support and guidance to shopfloor teams on documentation usage and quality best practices.

Contribute to process excellence initiatives by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all quality-related documents.
Quality Assurance Trainee Job Eligibility

Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field with a strong interest in Quality Assurance and laboratory operations.
Required Skills
