Job Details:
IISER Pune is conducting a Walk-in interview for Research Jobs under an ANRF-funded research project titled “f–f-Like d–d Transition for Ultra-Narrow NIR Emission.” The selected candidate will be appointed as Research Associate-I and will contribute to research involving advanced optoelectronic materials and device fabrication. The initial appointment will be for one year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance
and project continuation.- Position: Research Associate-I

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry / Physics / Material Science or related areas. Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply.
Preference:
- Candidates with experimental research experience in optoelectronic materials and device fabrication, along with at least two first-authored papers published, will be preferred.
Tenure of Appointment:
- Initially for a period of 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and continuation of the project.
Consolidated Emoluments per Month:
- Rs. 58,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance. Rs. 42,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance per month for candidates who have submitted their thesis and will be designated as “Senior Research Fellow.” Upon submission of the Provisional Ph.D. Certificate or the Ph.D. Degree Certificate, the monthly emoluments shall be revised to Rs. 58,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance, and the incumbent shall be re-designated as “Research Associate.”
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on the date of Walk-in interviews. Age relaxation may be considered for candidates with qualifications and experience higher than the advertised criteria.
