- Proficiency in modern spectroscopy methods
- Ability to maintain laboratory notebooks with detailed procedures, work-up, and purification
- Ability to interpret analytical data such as 1H NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and IR
- Expertise in handling air and moisture-sensitive reactions with proper safety measures
