Recruitment of Research Project Personnel

The office of the Dean, Research, Development, and Consultancies at IISER Thiruvananthapuram invites applications for the following positions:

  • Title of the Project: Rapid AI-led Agri-food Glycemic Index Screening (RAAGIS): A technology for Nutrition Revolution
  • Funding Agency: IITB – TIH
  • Number of Posts: One
  • Fellowship Amount: Rs. 60,000/- + 10% HRA
  • Tenure of the Post: 6 months, further extension is subject to review of performance

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. (in Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Nanoscience, and related branches of Science and Engineering) (as prescribed by the funding agency)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Electrochemical biosensors (enzymatic/non-enzymatic)
  • Semiconductor device fabrication using photolithography
  • Knowledge of device prototyping, packaging, electronic interfacing, and data acquisition
