Key Responsibilities:
- To perform the line clearance of the area and equipment. To ensure compliance with the checklist and reporting noncompliance to the IPQA Head.
- To ensure the compliance of the standard operating procedure in the production & packaging departments.
- To verify the critical process parameter as defined in the Batch Process records.
- To perform in-process testing and sampling, and perform in-process testing of the Running Batch in the area of Supervisions.
- To perform sampling and release of the product. Sampling of blend/Bulk, in process validation/stability samples, and finished goods as per standard operating procedure, and submitting samples to the concerned lab instantly. Maintain a sample receipt log for the same.
- To identify gaps and report the same to the immediate supervisor.
- To check overprinted details of Foils, Cartons, and Labels, and Stereo Impression, and provide approval for the packing department.
- To perform inspection of finished packed goods/Bulk release in the system (SAP HANA/LIMS), etc.
- To review various documents like BMR, BPR, Scrap material records, Monthly Formats, and Logbooks, etc.
- To verify and report any abnormal conditions observed during the shift to the shift supervisor for rectification, if the problem persists, initiate deviation.
- To follow & implement the current Good Manufacturing Practices, EHS practices, and SOP during work.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharma/M.SC.
- Experience: Tenure: 1-3 Yrs.
