Responsibilities
- Monitoring and control of specific production operations.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment operating procedures, Standard cleaning procedure, Equipment Cleaning Checklist, Annexure, and safety and Environmental requirements.
- Product handling and packaging as per the process orders.
- Adherence to Good manufacturing practices, Zeal, and other safety requirements.
- Reporting of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
- Communication with the cross-functional department.
- Adherence to the Sampling procedure.
- Adherence to CCP (Critical Control Point) and recording.
- Understand Site goals with respect to Safety | Quality | Delivery, and how they are applied to the process area.
- Participate in LEAN board meetings.
- Complete the assigned task (from the Problem log, if any) as per the timeline and provide feedback during the meeting.
- Follow the Escalation procedure as part of the Standard response to abnormality.
- Ensure to follow 6S and Standard Work in the area and participate in problem-solving tools.
- SCADA operating.
Basic Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech. (Production/Food Technology /Biotechnology)
- B Sc / M Sc (Biotechnology, Chemistry)
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in the food/Chemical industries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
- Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
