Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Executive – Blending
Job requisition id: JR1122992
Role Responsibilities:
- Analysis of DM water & Raw material.
- Brief Knowledge Sensory Evaluation & Off-note Identification of ENA & Blend
- Adherence to revised Blend formulations & approval
- Implement methods recommended for liquidation of old & non-moving stocks
- Adherence to Line Start-up requirements as per SOP
- Coordinate with SAP & approve new material codes creation, extension of material to new units, Blend BOM creation & approvals, Blend & SKU codes creation, verification, and approvals of Blend BOM’s in new units.
- Approve revised blend BOM’s for use & liquidation of old & non-moving stocks.
- Monthly Stock-taking of ENA, Special Spirits through SAP-reduce manual compilation.
- Adherence to timelines (SAP approvals)
- Monitoring ENA, Blend & HBS wastages on a monthly basis to achieve the YTD target.
- Adhere to SOPs & maintain Compliance with established standards on a daily basis.
- Basic Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSC requirements
Experience / Skills Required:
- 2-5 Yrs
- Hands-on exposure to blending processes
- Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards
Qualification:
- M.Tech / M.Sc / BSc (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, or Chemistry
