Job Summary

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and make a real impact? As an Administrator in the Quality

Master Data Management (QMDM) Team at IFF, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that product and quality master data—central to IFF’s operations—is accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams across flavors, ingredients, and manufacturing units, supporting customer requirements and enabling seamless new product development. Your expertise will help IFF maintain its leadership in quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering accurate quality documentation: You will translate customer quality demands into procedures, specifications, and digital data used across IFF.
  • Strengthening internal quality processes: By maintaining and updating master data, you help ensure flawless manufacturing and compliance.
  • Supporting global product launches: You will manage quality master data setup for new materials and formulations across multiple IFF sites.
  • Ensuring seamless customer experience: You’ll be the go-to expert for customer-related quality master data queries and statements, including religious and regulatory declarations.
  • Driving continuous improvement: You will participate in cross-functional initiatives, identify gaps, and provide solutions that enhance data integrity and operational excellence.
  • Protecting IFF from risk: Through informed decisions on tariff codes, TTB permits, and regulatory documentation, you support risk mitigation and compliance.

Eligibility & Skills

  • You have a strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • You are quick to learn new systems and understand master data principles.
  • You bring solid data management and SAP ERP (QM module) understanding.
  • You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, quality documentation, and data analysis.
  • You possess project coordination and basic leadership skills.
  • You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and solving problems efficiently.
  • You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to maintaining high data accuracy.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food or ingredient industry.
  • Experience with global master data processes or SAP material master workflows.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory standards, food safety management, or sustainability documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement.
  • Ability to make informed decisions on religious statements, tariff classifications, and compliance requirements.
