Position Details
- Role: Quality Assurance
- Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
Description
Strong knowledge of BFS, aseptic practices, media fill, CIP/SIP, and autoclave use, with skills in nasal spray filling, vial washing (tunnel), FFS, and vessel operations.
OSD Officer/Operator Exposure in hard and soft gelatin capsules, tablets, and OSD packing.
Candidate experienced in OSD and sterile packing lines with knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EP12500, and FB300 machines.
Knowledge of electrical power systems, utilities & HVAC, utility and process equipment, validation, maintenance, and SCADA, BMS, communication, PLC & DCS systems.
Pharma EHS experience, work permits, chemical handling, emergencies, process safety.
Handles material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control as per GMP.
Experience in HPLC, stability, PM/RM/FG, validation analysis, and QC Microbiology.
Candidates with experience in IPQA, Validation, and QMS.
