Job Description
- Purpose: Manpower is required for document preparation for API, Excipients, and packaging materials. He/She should have hands-on experience in document preparation.
- Replacement / New Recruitment / Internal Transfer: Replacement of Ms. Tejal Patil. (AMV – RM/PM Section).

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Preparation of Specification, STP, Protocol, reports, Justification report, and Change controls.
- Preparation and revision of SOPs.
- Schedule preparation of calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments.
- Annual SOP training calendar.
- Review of DMF and gap assessment.
- Identify the impact on existing documents as per the pharmacopeial updation and act for updation.
- Coordination with the CFT team for document approvals.
- Arrange the training as per the SOP updates.
- Co-ordination with plant teams for approval of documents.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- M.Sc. (Analytical/Organic chemistry)
- The candidate should have experience in Analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, TOC, IC, KF, etc.
- Knowledge of USP, Ph. Eur., IP, BP method of analysis for Excipients, API, and General chapters.
- Good skill set in MS Word, Excel, and Odt for document preparation.
