Role Summary
The Quality Control (QC) Executive will be responsible for testing, analysis, and documentation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished API products. The role ensures adherence to GMP, data integrity, and regulatory quality standards and supports smooth laboratory operations in an API manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
· Conduct laboratory testing using analytical instruments as per SOPs
· Record, review, and maintain accurate QC documentation and test results
· Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements
· Support method validation, calibration, and stability studies
· Operate, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of QC laboratory instruments
· Handle laboratory reagents, standards, and samples safely
· Assist during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality reviews
· Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements
· Strong analytical and laboratory skills
· Basic knowledge of GMP and laboratory compliance
· Ability to strictly follow SOPs and safety guidelines
· Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
· Willingness to work in a regulated API manufacturing environment
· Telugu speaking proficiency is mandatory
Qualifications & Skills
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
· B.Pharm / M.Pharm
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Microbiology
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Biotechnology
· Any other relevant Life Sciences qualification with API / pharmaceutical exposure
Preferred Skills:
· Hands-on experience or academic exposure to QC laboratory practices
