Scope
Position based in the Mumbai R&D center for Home Care India. Responsible for the development and implementation of projects for the Home Care India business.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building product appraisal/evaluation capabilities, like automation of appraisal protocol, instrument development, and validation of new protocols to ensure repeatability and reproducibility.
• Assist in building product performance evaluation capabilities involving new method development for formulation screening, claim substantiation, and demos.
• Plan, design, execute, and report experiments for screening new formulations/technologies to support product improvement projects.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and document experiments for project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties (3P), vendors, and project teams to drive capability projects.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
• Product development and new method development.
• Good understanding of home care products and formulations.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or postgraduate in science/engineering, preferably with a chemistry background.
