Job Title 

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.

Job Overview

We

are hiring skilled professionals across Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Packaging Material Testing (PMT) to support our growing cosmetic manufacturing operations. These roles are critical to ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

QA / QC

  • Implement and maintain GMP, ISO 22716, and internal quality systems
  • Conduct in-process checks, final product inspections, and documentation review
  • Handle deviations, OOS, change controls, and CAPA
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits

Production

  • Execute and monitor manufacturing and filling operations as per SOPs
  • Ensure batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR) accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance, yield reconciliation, and process control
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and efficiency on the shop floor

Regulatory Affairs

  • Prepare and maintain product dossiers, specifications, and compliance documents
  • Ensure adherence to Indian & international cosmetic regulations
  • Support product registrations, label compliance, and regulatory submissions
  • Track regulatory updates and implement changes proactively

PMT (Packaging Material Testing)

  • Inspect and approve primary & secondary packaging materials
  • Perform functional, dimensional, and visual testing
  • Maintain PMT reports, vendor approvals, and material specifications
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for packaging quality assurance
