Data Science Specialist – Domain Translator
Location: At Hyderabad (Hitech city & Nacharam office as per the need)
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate research-oriented mindset-driven Drug & Data Science Specialist who is keen to work on Generative & Computational Chemistry & beyond. Aspirants must have a strong background in Drug and Data Science for designing and developing end-to-end AI products on the concepts of AIDD.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models with a strong understanding of non-functional & functional requirements.
- Implement robust and scalable AI solutions in the following areas:
- Data Processing: Design and manage data pipelines for training AI models. This includes data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
- Model Development & Training: Develop and fine-tune generative AI models for various applications. Ensure the models are efficient and effective in generating high-quality outputs.
- Algorithm Optimization: Analyze and optimize AI algorithms for performance. This could involve tasks such as hyperparameter tuning, model compression, and the implementation of advanced optimization techniques.
- Security Measures: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and AI models. This includes tasks like data encryption, access control, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, Data Engineering & DevOps team to define, design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI products.
Job Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic skills, and data structures.
- Strong working knowledge of popular and widely used LLMs, ML, DL, and RL. Must have completed a minimum of 2 projects end-to-end.
- Strong working knowledge of AIDD using Cheminformatics & Bioinformatics libraries for the Pharma/Life Sciences domain.
- Strong working knowledge of data science tools & frameworks like Jupyter, Visual Studio Code/PyCharm. Pytorch, Keras, MLFlow, etc.
- Working knowledge of relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server (preferably).
- Working Knowledge in Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps.
Qualification
Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Designing/Bioinformatics/Cheminformatics/Pharmacoinformatics/or any Life Sciences with 1 to 4 years of industrial experience.
