Specific Requirements for this Role:
- Experience in bioanalytical method development/validation and sample analysis.
- Demonstrated capability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Experience in handling bioanalytical studies, such as method development, method validation, and sample analysis in biological matrices.
- Knowledge of different extraction techniques.
- Ability to handle analytical and ancillary instruments, viz GC, UPLC/HPLC, LCMS, and pH meter.
- Review of calibration and maintenance records.
- Calibration and use of micropipettes.
- Documentation, logbooks, and raw data for activities performed without any errors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, practices, and guidelines like OECD, USFDA, ICH, etc.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Expertise in handling challenges during method development/validation and sample analysis.
- Capable of thinking scientifically to address complex problems and develop solutions.
- Work as a team and have a collaborative mindset.
