Responsibilities include reporting near misses, ensuring continuous improvement, risk prevention, and contributing innovative initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and testing processes. Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the shift activities and performing the testing of raw material, packing material, intermediates, and finished goods on a daily basis. Clearing the batches on time.
- Support to achieve the Quality department G&O.
- Handling and monitoring the working conditions of the equipment.
- Report any abnormality of instruments, Safety, Quality, testing, and reports.
- Testing the water sample from the ETP and STP.
- Verify and validate the testing equipment performance. Coordinate with OEM for regular calibration.
- Work together with the quality team to maintain the lab as per the global standard. Perform 5S on a daily basis. Own the lab area assigned for 5S.
- Complete the task on time as assigned by the QC Manager from time to time.
