- Job Location: DAHEJ, Bharuch, Gujarat, India
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Chemical/ Petrochemical
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience (Chemical/Petrochemical industries preferred).
Purpose: To ensure that plant ETP, RO, and TRL operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Responsibility:
- Ensures the continuous availability of ETP. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the ETP systems promptly.
- Daily Basis: Document operational logs, system performance data, maintenance activities, and any incidents or disruptions during the shift.
- Field operators adjust treatment processes to optimize performance and ensure effluent quality meets discharge or reuse standards.
- Regular maintenance of pumps, motors, filters, and chemical dosing systems is necessary to prevent breakdowns.
- Field operators keep detailed records of their daily activities, including equipment readings, chemical usage, and maintenance.
- Participate in shutdown jobs and timely completion of the planned activities.
- Maintain Documentation.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the operation of ETP. RO.TRL Plant
- ETP quality understanding and operation monitoring.
- Knowledge of emergency handling. And plant troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and environmental laws.
