Job Description:
- Formulation R&D (FRD) | Injectables
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Department: Formulation Research & Development – Injectables
- Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Support formulation development of parenteral / injectable dosage forms (liquid, lyophilized, suspensions).
- Execute bench-level experiments as per approved protocols and project plans.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and formulation optimization.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory notebooks, batch records, and development reports.
- Support stability studies, sample preparation, and coordination with analytical teams.
- Assist in technology transfer activities from R&D to pilot / manufacturing scale.
- Follow cGMP, data integrity, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Support regulatory documentation as required for development projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in FRD Injectables.
- Basic understanding of aseptic processing, sterilization methods, and injectable excipients.
- Knowledge of QbD concepts and formulation development basics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for US/EU markets is preferred.
- Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
