Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baddi for a Cosmetic Specialist. The role involves overseeing the development and manufacturing process of cosmetic products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and conducting
product research to innovate and improve offerings. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on cosmetic industry trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining customer-focused product excellence.Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic product formulation, development, and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries
- Analytical thinking and research skills related to cosmetics and product innovation
- Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills to collaborate across departments
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in product quality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
