Job Summary
Stanex Drugs and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. invites enthusiastic freshers to join its API Research & Development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to API synthesis, process
development, and scale-up activities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in API process development, optimization, and route scouting activities.
• Conduct literature surveys and experimental work for new and existing API projects.
• Perform laboratory-scale synthesis and support scale-up activities.
• Analyze reaction intermediates, impurities, and final products using analytical
techniques.
• Maintain proper lab notebooks and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Support technology transfer activities and preparation of development reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines.
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong fundamentals in organic chemistry and API synthesis.
• Basic understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Awareness of GMP and pharmaceutical R&D practices is an advantage.
