Position: Trainee Chemist / Sr. Chemist / JRA / RA

About the Role
The Synthesis R&D Chemist will support multi-step organic synthesis, reaction
optimization, purification, and documentation under GLP/GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-step organic synthesis (gram to multigram scale)
- Perform reaction monitoring, isolation, purification & optimization
- Maintain accurate experiment documentation and lab notebooks
- Follow GLP/GMP, EHS, and internal quality standards
- Collaborate with senior chemists for process development
Required Skills
- Strong organic chemistry knowledge
- Chromatography, purification techniques
- Good understanding of GLP/GMP
