Position I
Technical Assistant – Pharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics
- Post Code: TA-02
- Pay Level: Level 6 (Rs. 35400–112400)
- No. of Posts: 01 Post
- Age Limit: 28 years
- Essential Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one subject with minimum 60 percent marks OR B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry with 60 percent marks AND one year experience in Analysis, Bioanalysis, or Chemistry OR one-year full-time professional qualification
- Desirable Qualification / Experience: Experience in analytical or bioanalytical work
Position II
Technician-1 – Medicinal and Process Chemistry
- Post Code: TN-01
- Pay Level: Level 2 (Rs. 19900–63200)
- No. of Posts: 06 Posts
- Age Limit: 28 years
- Essential Qualification: 10th with Science and ITI in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) OR 10th with Science and 2-year apprentice training in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) OR 10th with Science and 3 years experience in a Chemistry laboratory
- Desirable Qualification / Experience: Experience in an organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory
General Information and Conditions
1) Benefits under Council Service
I. Allowances:
These posts carry usual allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), etc., as admissible to Central Government employees and applicable to CSIR employees at the place of posting.
Council employees are also entitled to accommodation as per CSIR Residence Allotment Rules, subject to availability.
If Council or Government accommodation is used, HRA will not be provided.
II. Other Benefits:
In addition to emoluments, benefits include:

VI. All India Service Liability (AISL):
All posts carry AISL — candidates may be posted anywhere in India.
2) Other Conditions
Citizenship:
Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Eligibility Deadline:
All essential qualifications & conditions must be fulfilled by the last date of online application. Applicants must ensure they possess the required qualifications/experience. No eligibility inquiry will be entertained.
NOC Requirement:
Applicants who are currently regular employees in CSIR / Govt. organizations / Autonomous Bodies / Universities / PSUs must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer; otherwise, their candidature will not be considered.
Rejecting Incomplete Applications:
Applications that are not correctly filled out or lack the required documents will be rejected.
Verification:
Screening & selection will be based on submitted documents.
If at any stage a candidate is found to be ineligible or to have provided false information, candidature will be cancelled, even after selection.
Documents in Other Languages:
A self-attested translated copy must accompany documents not in English or Hindi.
Age Limit Determination:
