- Experience: 2 – 7 Years in a sterile manufacturing plant
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the preparation of packaging planning on a monthly and daily basis as per the requirements and availability of materials.
- Responsible for updating on self-hygiene.
- Responsible for attending the training as per the training schedule and ensuring the training is conducted as per TNI.
- Responsible for working as per standard operating procedures in the general area of the sterile manufacturing department.
- Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, control, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures of the General Area in the Sterile Manufacturing Department.
- Responsible for BPR Preparation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and lines are in a validated and calibrated status.
- Responsible for checking that all the records and log books related to the general area and equipment of packaging, inspection area.
- Responsible for giving training to all the subordinates, technicians, and operators of the department.
- To follow the cGMP, Good Document Practice, and discipline in the department.
- Responsible for document handling of Packing and Inspection.
- Responsible for monitoring all the activities related to packing and inspection.
