Position: Chemical Analyst
About the Job:
We are seeking a Chemical Analyst to maintain our quality management system. The role involves conducting tests in accordance with established standards under the guidance of a Senior Analyst/Technician and a Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining technical records, recording
observations and calculations, and communicating equipment issues to lab supervisors for preventive maintenance. The analyst will also manage sample disposal schedules, ensure proper sample segregation, and assist with packaging.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing as per the correct test standards under supervision.
- Maintain technical records as required.
- Record initial observations, necessary data, and calculations.
- Report equipment breakdowns or faults to the lab supervisor.
- Schedule timely disposal of samples.
- Ensure proper segregation and packaging of samples.
- Follow technology processes like barcoding and using data.
- Implement continual improvement projects.
- Maintain 5S standards and use PPE during tests.
- Gather and compile data to support business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry (Only Freshers)
