Core Purpose of the Role:

Responsible to perform the analytical activities as per the approved Specification, MOAs, IOP, GP, or protocol wherever applicable and generation of raw data with respect to its correctness, authenticity, completeness, and other aspects of data integrity as per Syngene’s Data Integrity policy.

Ensure safety compliance as per Syngene policy and EHSS requirement.

Role Accountabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the analysis as per the specification/protocol and update the relevant documents and reports allotted by the Section In charge.
  • Responsible to perform the analysis as per the written procedure and recording the observations contemporaneously in the respective records.
  • All elements of the analysis follow-on and are dated and time stamped in an expected sequence/activity-chronologically traceable.
  • Responsible to maintain the instruments allocated to the Section.
  • Reporting of any abnormal observation identified during analysis to Section In charge / Section head immediately.
  • Initiation of Change control, CAPA, deviation, Laboratory Incident, OOS, OOT, Non-Conformity as applicable.
  • Adherence to Good Laboratory Practice and Good documentation practices.
  • Cleaning of workplace and following Good Laboratories Practices in Laboratory.
  • Ensuring and verifying the instrument status and glassware labelling status as per the SOP while performing the analysis.
  • Use of required safety apparels while sampling, analysis, and working in Laboratory.
  • Responsible for taking any other job allocated by Section Head / Section In charge.
  • Responsible for performing sampling as per sampling procedure.
  • Calibration of analytical instruments.
  • Disposal of leftover Sample after review/approval of analytical report /Release.
  • Archiving Documents.
  • Providing requirements for chemicals, standards, columns, and outsource testing.
  • Maintenance of Standard, Reserve sample, Neutronic chamber.
  • Monitoring and recording Humidity and Temperature.

Leadership Capabilities: Not applicable

Education: M.Sc., MPharm with relevant 1-3 years of experience.
