Position Details
- Position: Research Associate – I (RA-I)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Stipend & HRA: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA (as per funding agency IITD)
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
Job Requirements: R&D, Analytical and Laboratory Work (Biological Sciences) experience. Experience in a reputed R&D institute in food analysis using modern analytical instruments, method validation, food product development, and computer knowledge in MS Office tools is preferred. This position is a great chemistry job opportunity for candidates with hands-on expertise in analytical research and food quality testing.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates should not have exceeded 35 years of age as of 17-11-2025.
- The period of experience in a discipline/area of work shall be counted after acquiring the minimum prescribed educational qualifications.
- Shortlisting is based on percentage marks in Essential Qualification, higher qualifications, and desirable qualifications/experience.
- No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
- Relaxation in the age limit for SC/ST/PwBD/Women and OBC candidates shall be 05 years and 03 years, respectively.
- Engagement is temporary and does not confer the right to permanent employment.
- Candidates with 6 years of prior engagement with CSIR projects are not eligible.
- A performance review can lead to termination of engagement.
- The Director reserves the right to amend terms or withdraw the offer.
