Therdose Pharma, a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, is inviting applications for the In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Fresher position.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cGMP, GDP, and QA operations in a dynamic and compliant manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing and packing operations.
• Conduct line clearance for manufacturing and packing areas.
• Monitor and maintain environmental conditions as per QA protocols.
• Perform sampling and verification of materials during batch processing.
• Review and maintain in-process records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality assurance concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational (day/night) shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
