Technical Skills: IPM Suite (GAP, PROSPER, Resolve), OFM, Hysys, Python, Power BI, Energy Components, and SQL.

Preferred: Familiarity with digital oilfield tools, database management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to analyze well and field performance for production optimization.
- Work with reservoir, wells, facilities, and operations teams to identify debottlenecking opportunities.
- Lead field production health assessments and optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in production planning, downtime reduction, and capacity enhancement.
- Apply data-driven and physics-based methods for oilfield production optimization.
- Conduct screening economic evaluations for well interventions and stimulation programs.
- Manage production data, measurement, and allocation assurance processes.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to strengthen team capabilities.
