About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate R&D Engineer to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. This role involves leading chemical research projects, developing innovative materials, and evaluating new raw materials for enhanced product performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the pilot plant and R&D equipment for product development.
  • Execute experiments including chemical formulation, product synthesis, and performance testing.
  • Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and document test results per quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teams on chemical process design and optimization.
  • Review and update laboratory procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and R&D protocols.
  • Troubleshoot issues and participate in root cause analysis for process deviations.
  • Support the scale-up of chemical engineering processes for production.
  • Present technical findings to cross-functional R&D and engineering teams.
  • Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and efficiency following 5S principles.

Requirements

  • BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0–4 years of experience in Research & Development, Production, or Quality Control (2–4 years preferred).
  • Strong interest in chemical formulation, materials science, and R&D innovation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, data integrity, and continuous learning.
