- Essential Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry / Environmental Sciences) OR B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical / Environmental/ Electrical / Mechanical) AND two years’ experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institution or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services OR M.E./M.Tech. (Chemical / Environmental/ Mechanical)
- Job Requirement:
- Experimental work in the Wet Lab
- Analytical work with Gas Chromatography
- Good communication skills (presentation, speaking, & writing)
- Upper Age Limit: 35
- Monthly Emoluments (₹):
- a) ₹35,000/- + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET incl. lectureship / assistant professorship or GATE OR Those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and / or their Agencies / Institutions.
- b) ₹28,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (a) above
Mode of Selection: Selection will be done on the basis of an Online Interview (through MS Team/Skype/etc.). The date of the interview will be notified separately on the www.neeri.res.in website.
Important Terms and Conditions:
- All project staff positions are on a contractual basis and will be co-terminus with the project. However, the tenure will not exceed five years.
- Upper age limit shall be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
- No application fees are required.
- Applicants must already have their essential qualification and result declared to apply.
- Final semester or result awaited candidates are not eligible.
- Experience is counted from the date post-acquisition of the essential qualification.
- Mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
- Selected candidates are expected to join within the timeframe mentioned in the offer letter.
- Engagement is subject to the tenure/requirement of the project, which may change based on project needs.
- No TA will be paid for interviews in the case of an offline interview.
- There is no claim for a permanent position.
