M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Technology (or equivalent).
Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Stage Gate Process / Project Management.
Ph.D.: 1–3 years
M.Tech.: 3–5 years
M.Sc.: 6–10 years
Experience in Chemical, Detergent, Surfactant, FMCG, Specialty, Dairy, Brewery, Beverage, or Food Industry preferred.
Independently plan and execute product innovation, ideation, and development projects.
Develop new formulations, perform lab experiments, and run customer validation trials.
Provide creative and patentable solutions for innovation challenges.
Collaborate with Global R&D, Marketing, Analytical, and Regulatory teams.
Develop test procedures and evaluation policies for materials and finished products.
Manage technical databases and document design and performance specifications for ISO compliance.
Execute projects through Stage Gate processes, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Ensure lab safety and compliance with company standards.
Strong understanding of Chemistry, Formulations, and Process Development.
Expertise in Product Innovation, Analytical Methods, and Project Management.
Proficient in Six Sigma tools and experimental design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with a learning mindset.
Ability to manage multiple global projects under minimal supervision.
