Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
Experience for Scientist Job Role:

3–6 years of relevant laboratory experience

Proven track record in analytical chemistry for APIs

Expertise in HPLC, GC, spectroscopic, and wet analytical techniques

Familiarity with compendial methods (USP, ICH, FDA)

Experience with Empower software, GLP, and regulatory audits
Key Responsibilities:

Execute all analytical testing and ensure error-free data analysis

Support verification, GPH, PQM, and stability teams as needed

Maintain GLP practices, sample archival, and chemical inventory tracking

Coordinate with supervisors for project completion within timelines

Troubleshoot scientific and technical challenges

Perform equipment calibration and manage IQ/OQ/PQ of new instruments

Participate in audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Skills Required for Scientist Job Role:
