Position Purpose
Bayer Careers India is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join its Crop Protection Innovation team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan projects to identify innovative, cost-effective, safe, and scalable synthetic routes for natural products.
- Propose and implement innovative synthetic pathways for natural products relevant to crop science.
- Lead process development initiatives for large-scale manufacturing.
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary project teams and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with specialization in Natural Product Synthesis.
