Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution testing).
- Conduct stability studies and maintain stability chambers.
- Prepare and review test protocols, reports, and SOPs.
- Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments.
- Document all activities as per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC)
- Understanding of pharmacopeial methods (USP, BP, IP)
- Basic statistical analysis for validation data
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
