Educational Requirements for Laboratory analyst job role:

MSc in Analytical Chemistry (5+ years’ experience) or
-
Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry (2+ years’ experience)
Experience Required:
-
Proven expertise in GC-MS, LC-MS, and method development in research
or commercial labs -
Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry for complex analytical applications

Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct analytical methods (GC-MS, LC-MS) for flavors, perfumes, aroma chemicals, and natural products

Contribute to method development and technical growth of the team

Manage and maintain analytical instruments and lab operations with SOP compliance

Ensure accurate documentation and inventory control
-
Collaborate with Creation, Application, QA, and global/regional teams
-
Perform in-depth volatile compound analysis using GC and GC-MS
-
Prepare, review, and manage analytical reports, communicating findings effectively
-
Serve as a subject matter expert in analytical/flavor chemistry, supporting global collaborations and external coordination
