Job Description
The Sr. Officer – Technical Training will be responsible for ensuring that employees receive the right technical, GMP, and regulatory training to maintain excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will manage training systems, design content, and uphold documentation standards in alignment with Lupin Careers policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, and EH&S requirements.
- Conduct technical training for new hires, contractual staff, and existing employees.
- Manage learning systems, including L2LMS and CETMS, for training compliance.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement training curriculums and matrices across departments.
- Deliver refresher and SOP-based sessions to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to track training progress.
- Support the creation of job aids, SOPs, and technical content for continuous learning.
