Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Executive to support day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations (as applicable).
• Supervise production activities and maintain process parameters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Prepare and review batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
• Identify and report deviations or non-conformities.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene in production areas.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Good understanding of cGMP documentation and process handling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
