Position: Apprentice – QC Analyst
Qualification: MSc Chemistry
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year (preferred)
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India
This position is ideal for MSc Chemistry graduates eager to gain practical laboratory experience and develop a strong foundation in Quality Control, analytical testing, and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of finished goods, stability samples, and raw materials according to approved methods.
- Report results, document data in SAP, and ensure timely communication with supervisors.
- Verify instrument calibration and readiness before use.
- Maintain analytical protocols, control samples, reagents, and reference standards.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to GxP and data integrity requirements.
- Participate in deviation investigations, OOS/OOT management, and change controls.
- Support the qualification and calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain laboratory safety standards, PPE usage, and waste disposal compliance.
- Ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and participate in QEHS and HSE training.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient laboratory environment.
