Educational Requirements for Process Development Scientist Job Role:
- Degree in Organic Chemistry or related field.
- Strong understanding of chemical formulations and synthesis processes.
Key Responsibilities for Process Development Scientist Job Role:
- Design and develop robust, scalable chemical processes for new or existing products.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
- Participate in technology transfer and scale-up to pilot and commercial production.
- Collaborate with R&D, process engineering, manufacturing, and EHS teams.
- Support scale-up from lab to pilot plant and commercial production.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in manufacturing processes.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

- Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
