Job Title: Granulation Operator
Department: Production – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
Location: Mehatpur, Una, Himachal Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry / Life Sciences) Diploma in Pharmacy
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production (granulation operations preferred). Freshers not eligible
Salary: 3 LPA based on exp.

Key Responsibilities
● Operate and monitor granulation equipment (RMG, FBD, Multi-mill, Sifter, Blender, etc.).
● Ensure uniform granule formation and maintain process parameters.
● Record and maintain batch manufacturing records, process logs, and related documentation.
● Adhere strictly to SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
● Coordinate with supervisors to ensure the timely execution of production schedules.
● Conduct equipment cleaning and line clearance as per guidelines.
● Report any process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Skills & Competencies
● Strong knowledge of granulation processes in OSD manufacturing.
● Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and GMP standards.
● Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
● Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues.
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
