Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Testing: Conduct routine testing of all incoming raw materials as per standard specifications and maintain proper records.
In-Process & Finished Product Testing: Verify and approve resin properties at different stages, including final QC clearance before dispatch.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and update TDS (Technical Data Sheets) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for all grades.
Competitor Analysis: Periodically test competitor samples and maintain comparative quality records.
Laboratory Management: Ensure calibration, upkeep, and efficient functioning of all QC laboratory instruments.
Product Development Support: Assist R&D in developing new grades and improving existing resin formulations.
COA & Record Keeping: Issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all shipments and maintain complete QC documentation.
Trial Batches: Conduct lab/pilot trials for quality improvement and cost optimization.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Production and Purchase teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Reporting: Submit MIS reports to management covering quality status, deviations, corrective actions, and improvements.
