Core Purpose of the Role
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Support inspection, testing, and method transfer/validation activities.
- Handle calibration, maintenance, and error-free operation of QC instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, IOPs, GLP, and quality standards.
- Provide shift support (A, B, and C shifts on a rotational basis).
- Maintain audit readiness, manage CAPAs, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Uphold Syngene’s safety culture and contribute to a compliant, efficient QC environment.
Accountabilities as QC Analyst Role
- Ensure seamless shift operations in coordination with the team lead.
- Perform error-free analysis and accurate documentation.
- Complete all tasks within agreed timelines.
- Support audits, CAPA closures, and ensure equipment calibration.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- Experience: 3–6 years in biologics QC, manufacturing, or testing.
- Knowledge: Biologics manufacturing and testing compliance.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment.
