Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with cGMP, GxP, EH&S, and other regulatory requirements.
- Complete training on SOPs before performing tasks.
- Conduct all tasks according to SOPs and BMR; report deviations or quality concerns.
- Manufacture and process batches of assigned products under the supervision of a designated team member.
- Handle and move raw materials, bulk goods, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment.
- Maintain production areas and machines according to GMP requirements.
- Support Quality Management Systems and report discrepancies to supervisors and QA Head.
- Conduct in-process checks and record the results in the relevant documentation.
- Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to HR/production rules and safety guidelines.
- Optimize production operations for cost-effectiveness and standard yield.
- Monitor environmental conditions to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in the BMR and SOP.
- Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Perform line clearance during batch/product changeover as per SOP.
- Handle issuance, retrieval, and destruction of product-related tools and materials.
- Ensure audit compliance.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues as required.
- Complete any additional assignments assigned by the Production Head.
- Attend required cGMP, on-the-job, and functional training programs.
