Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with cGMP, GxP, EH&S, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complete training on SOPs before performing tasks.
  • Conduct all tasks according to SOPs and BMR; report deviations or quality concerns.
  • Manufacture and process batches of assigned products under the supervision of a designated team member.
  • Handle and move raw materials, bulk goods, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment.
  • Maintain production areas and machines according to GMP requirements.
  • Support Quality Management Systems and report discrepancies to supervisors and QA Head.
  • Conduct in-process checks and record the results in the relevant documentation.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to HR/production rules and safety guidelines.
  • Optimize production operations for cost-effectiveness and standard yield.
  • Monitor environmental conditions to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in the BMR and SOP.
  • Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform line clearance during batch/product changeover as per SOP.
  • Handle issuance, retrieval, and destruction of product-related tools and materials.
  • Ensure audit compliance.
  • Troubleshoot machine and process issues as required.
  • Complete any additional assignments assigned by the Production Head.
  • Attend required cGMP, on-the-job, and functional training programs.
