Qualifications & Experience:
The qualifications & experience required for the Research Associate Job are:
- MSc or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ADC chemistry from the CRO industry.

Job Description:
As a Senior Research Associate in ADC chemistry, you will be responsible for the research, synthesis, and purification of antibody drug conjugates. This role requires a deep understanding of organic synthesis and hands-on experience in CRO-based ADC research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
In this Research Associate Job you will:
- Synthesis and purification of complex antibody drug conjugate (ADC) molecules.
- Synthesis of linkers using natural and unnatural amino acids, PEGs.
- Development and synthesis of highly potent drug molecules (payloads).
- Purification of large molecules by flash column and HPLC.
- Handling diverse chemistries with different payloads.
- Interpretation and characterization of higher molecular weight compounds.
- Conducting routine organic synthesis (mg to gram scale) independently.
- Operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments (NMR, Mass, HPLC).
- Performing purification using Combiflash, big columns, and packing.
- Supporting team members with training, equipment usage, and documentation.
- Ensuring meticulous record-keeping, data management, and reporting.
