Job Description

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is hiring Chemistry graduates as an Officer in Manufacturing Process Operations. You will handle reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, and other advanced equipment at Amneal Pharmaceuticals’ Vizag facility. The role involves executing API production activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, and allied equipment in API production.
  • Execute production batches according to SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and EHS regulations.
  • Maintain batch records, logbooks, and online documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support shift operations to achieve production targets.
  • Assist in scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for troubleshooting.
  • Report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities promptly.
  • Train junior staff/operators on safe equipment handling.
  • Participate in audits and compliance-related activities.

Educational Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Chemistry

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 4 years in API manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of API manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with reactors, centrifuges, and ANFD.
  • Solid understanding of cGMP, GDP, and EHS practices.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
