Job Description
Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, invites applications for the position of Project Assistant in the Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB). The selected candidate will work on the project titled “Building an Artificial Intelligence-based Vaccine Discovery System – Applications in Personalized Neoantigen-related Immunotherapy for Treatment of Cancers,” funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT). This is a one-year position offering a monthly fellowship of Rs. 25,400/- with HRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing an AI-based vaccine discovery system.
- Contribute to research on personalized neoantigen-related immunotherapy for cancer.
- Conduct data analysis, bioinformatics, and programming tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Ph.D./M.Tech./B.Tech/M.Sc) in Bioinformatics, IT, or Computer Science.
- Degree majors can include Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, IT, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Agriculture, Veterinary, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- Good programming skills.
- NET / NET-LS, GATE qualified candidates will be given priority.
- Age limit as per funding agency guidelines.
